Public Notice This is to inform the public that an application for a title clear certificate has been made before us by our client in respect of the land situated in the block No. 1 (old block No. 195/A) of the moje Visalpur village of Dascroi Taluka, District Ahmedabad, with an area of 107127 sq.m., which was earlier part of the City Survey, and now after alteration has been allotted the City Survey No. NA975/1/p1, with an area of 107127 sq.m., out of which 20903.01 sq.m. or 25000 sq. yards, owned by (1) Meghjibhai Kunvarji Khetaani (he is a 45% shareholder), (2) Hisuben Meghjibhai Khetaani (she is a 20% shareholder), (3) Gaurang Meghjibhai Khetaani (he is a 25% shareholder) and (4) Bhavishya Gaurang Khetaani (she is a 10% shareholder). Any person claiming any right, interest, share, charge, encumbrance, alakh or lien on the aforementioned land should submit their written evidence along with supporting documents by registered post within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address given below. If no such objection is received, it will be deemed that no right or interest is vested in the above-mentioned land and the Title Clear Certificate will be issued after the expiry of the prescribed period.
