This notice is hereby given by us, the undersigned advocates on behalf of our client, Suraani Chiragkumar Kanubhai, residing at Shakti Nagar Society, Isanpur, Ahmedabad, that the land belonging to revenue block/survey number 479/6, in the village of Zhundal, taluka Gandhinagar, district Gandhinagar, is subject to a pending legal case. The land in question is part of an old farmland with an area of 0-52-61, registered under revenue block number 253. This land, along with its associated rights of passage, easement, and other properties, is the subject of a contract for sale agreement. Our client has filed a suit for declaration, specific performance, and permanent injunction in the Court of the Principal Civil Judge, Gandhinagar, vide suit number 219/2023, against Sarlaben, the widow of Kalaaji, and Somajji Shakraraji, et al. This suit is currently pending before the said court. Our client has also filed a notice of lis pendens in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Gandhinagar, under serial number 51250, dated 07-10-2023. Therefore, we hereby caution all persons, individuals, entities, trusts, or banks from engaging in any financial or other transactions concerning the aforementioned land. Our client reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions, including criminal, civil, and under the Gujarat Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 2020, against any person who may violate this notice.
