Public Notice This is to inform the public that The land measuring 1214 sq.m. of City Survey No. NA 327/2-Baipki 1 of village Zhundaal, Tal. G. Gandhinagar, (Original Block/Survey No. 327/2-B, total 2023 sq.m.), which is a non-agricultural land of 1214 sq.m. of T.P. Scheme No. 234, Final Plot No. 155, owned by Ganga Infra, a partnership firm, is in possession and enjoyment of the firm and is free from all encumbrances, as stated by Vikrambhai Ishwarbhai Patel, a partner in the firm, who has applied for a Title Certificate. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said land or if any person/institution/bank has any objection, dispute, charge, loan etc. on the land, then they should inform us in writing along with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice at the address given below. If there is any delay or negligence in doing so, it will be understood that no one has any right, authority, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said land and if so, all such rights are deemed to have been waived and the Title Certificate will be issued. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે ગામ ઝુંડાલ, તા. જી. ગાંધીનગરના સિટીસર્વેનં.NA૩૨૭/૨-બપૈકી૧ ની ૧૨૧૪ ચો.મી. જમીન (મૂળ બ્લોક/ સરવે નં. ૩૨૭/ર-બ ની કુલ ૨૦૨૩ સ.ચો.મી.) કે જેનો ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં. ૨૩૪, ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નં. ૧૫૫ ની ૧૨૧૪ચો.મી.ની બીનખેતીની જમીન ગંગા ઈન્ફા એ નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢીની માલીકી કબજા ભોગવટાની તમામ બોજારહીત આવેલ હોવાતુ જણાવીવ. કર્તા ભાગીદાર વિક્રમભાઈ ઈશ્વરભાઈ પટેલએ અમારી પાસે ટાઈટલ સર્ટીફિકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે, તો સદરહુ જમીન ઉપર જો કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો કે બોજો હોયઅગર જે વ્યક્તિ/સંસ્થા/ બેંકને જમીન પરત્વે વાંધો, તકરાર, ચાર્જ, લોન વિગેરે હોય તો તેઓએ આ નોટિસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં અમોને નીચેના સરનામે લેખીત પુરાવા સહીત જાણ કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં કસુરયા વિલંબ થશે તો અન્ય કોઈનો સદર જમીન ઉપર કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હકક, અધીકાર, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો કે બોજો નથી અને હોય તો તેવા તમામ જતા યાને વેવ (waive) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી ટાઈટલ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે ત્યારબાદ કના કોઈપણ જાતની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી.
