Public Notice This is to inform the public that PARAMINFRA, a partnership firm, has applied for a title clearance certificate for a 3521 sq. m. non-agricultural land in village Zundal, taluka Gandhinagar (Zone-2), district Gandhinagar. The property is located on Survey No. NA458/1, Final Plot No. 103, TP Scheme No. 409/B, and is free from any encumbrances. This property is located in the City Survey of Zundal (Non-Agricultural), under the registration district of Gandhinagar. This notice is to inform any person or entity who may have any right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance or objection to the said land that they should submit their claims in writing along with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of this notice to the Registrar. Any objection without documentary evidence will not be considered. If no such claim is received, the title will be considered free and clear, and a title clearance certificate will be issued.
