Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Re-survey number 1780 (Old survey number 1099) of 5239 square meters of land, re-survey number 1848 (Old survey number 1130/1) of 2601 square meters of land, re-survey number 1859 (Old survey number 1102/2) of 3455 square meters of land and re-survey number 1884 (Old survey number 1133/Paki) of 2401 square meters of land, totalling 13696 square meters of agricultural land, belonging to (1) Nirmal Pragjibhai Kakdiya, (2) Ramesh Kumar Vallabhbhai Kakdiya and (3) Shailesh Bhai Naranbhai, has been jointly owned, possessed and enjoyed by them without any encumbrances. They have requested a Title Clearance Certificate for this land from us. If any person has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance over the said land, they shall inform us in writing, along with proof, within 7 (seven) days of this notice being published. If they fail to do so, we shall assume that no person has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance over the said land, and if they have, they are deemed to have waived it.
