Public Notice District Sub-District, Gandhinagar, at the village of Amiyapur. A total of 11583 sq. m. of land, consisting of Revenue Survey Nos. 32/1, 32/3, 32/2 and 32/2-B, falls under TP Scheme No. 46 (Motera-Amiyapur-Sughad). Final plots 181/1 and 181/2 were allotted from this land, with Final plot 181/1 having an area of 1387 sq.m. Additionally, 1043 sq.m. of land from Revenue Survey No. 32/2-K falls under TP Scheme 49 (Motera-Amiyapur-Sughad), which was allotted as Final Plot No. 181/3 with an area of 626 sq.m. In total, a commercial project called “Atishya Prism” was constructed on a total of 2013 sq. m. of non-agricultural land, encompassing Final Plot No. 181/1 (1387 sq.m) and Final Plot No. 181/3 (626 sq.m). This project includes shop/office no. 01 located on the first floor, with a built-up area of approximately 196.55 sq.m.
