Public Notice It is hereby notified by the instruction of our client that the property consisting of Flat No. A/504, located on the fifth floor of the building known as "Kalasagar Apartment," situated on the land of Final Plot No. 10 of T.P. Scheme No. 17, Survey No. 625, admeasuring 75 paisa, in the Sim of Moje Asarwa, Ahmedabad, which is part of the Ama (Shahibaug) Owners Association, is owned, possessed, and enjoyed by Sunil Gopinath without any encumbrances. A request has been made to us for a Title Clear and Marketable Certificate for the said property. Therefore, if any other person, financial institution, or anyone else has any lien, right, interest, share, claim, or burden on the said property, they should notify us in writing with evidence at the address mentioned below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will imply that no one has any lien, right, interest, share, claim, or burden on the property, or if they had any, they have relinquished it.
