Notice inviting suggestions or representations regarding the gift of property. The Charity Commissioner, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad has received an application No. 36/29/2025 from Bareja Khodadhor Mahajan Sanstha, registered under Trust Registration No. E/182/Ahmedabad, to donate a shop No. 3045, registered on the PTR of the Trust, located at Bareja, Ahmedabad District, Moje - Bareja, Taluka Ahmedabad, to Nishtha Charitable Trust, registered under Trust Registration No. E/24447/Ahmedabad, without any consideration. The property is of non-agricultural nature, commercial use, located at Nagar Panchayat No. 2005, having a land area and construction area of 69-45 square meters and dedicated to public purposes. The donation is sought under Section 36 of the Gujarat Public Trust Act, 1950. Any beneficiary having any suggestions or representations against this proposed transaction regarding the gift of the property for the said purpose to fulfill the public purpose of the organization, is requested to submit the representations along with supporting documents and a certified copy of the supporting documents of the representation, including an affidavit, to the office mentioned below and the trust by registered post A.D. by 26/05/2025. The hearing of the suggestions or representations received by this office will be held at 12:00 PM on 27/05/2025. The person making the suggestion or representation shall ensure his presence at the office on the said date and time either personally or through his authorized representative along with the original documents of the details provided in the application, failing which the request for extension of time will not be considered except for compelling reasons.
