This is a public notice regarding the title clearance certificate for a piece of agricultural land located in the Sim of Village Basan, Sub-District and Taluka Gandhinagar (Zone-1), District Gandhinagar. The land is part of Block Survey No. 251, Khata No. 159, with a total area of 4-85-00 hectares, out of which 0-47-56 hectares (4056 sq. mt.) is being sold. The land is under the old tenure and is owned by Madipsinh Bharatsinh Chudasama, resident of 999, Dwarkamai Plot No. 210, Arverl Cinema Compound, Jamiyatpur, Taluka and District Gandhinagar. He has declared that he has full and independent ownership and possession of the land, free from all encumbrances and legal disputes. He has decided to sell the land to our client and has requested a title clearance certificate for the said agricultural land. Therefore, any person, firm, bank, financial institution, etc., who has any right, interest, share, claim, lien, right based on agreement to sale, power of attorney, possessory agreement, understanding agreement, Lis Pendens, encumbrance, charge, lien, or attachment on the said agricultural land, should inform us in writing with supporting documents within seven (7) days from the publication of this public notice, either in person at the address below or by registered post with acknowledgment due.
