Public Notice (Warning) This is to inform all concerned that the land belonging to Survey No. 45/5/1 (Ju.S.No. 1536) located in Chandrapura village of Halol taluka in Panchmahal district, with an area of 2327 sq. meter, is non-agricultural land. This land, along with other non-agricultural lands belonging to other survey numbers, was allotted to Stock Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Registered Office: 7-C, First Floor, J-Block Shopping Centre, Shaket, New Delhi) by G.I.D.C. (Government of Gujarat Under Taking) Baroda in the year 2007. The allotment was made through a legal lease deed executed by G.I.D.C. in 2007. Our client has paid the plot price, allotment price, and other expenses to G.I.D.C. as per the lease deed. It has come to our notice that a person named Aslam Shah Ayub Shah (resident of Kalol) has decided to purchase the property belonging to Survey No. 45/5/1 (Ju.S.No. 1536) and has requested title clearance through a public notice issued by Advocate Bela Ben R. Darji, Halol, District Panchmahal on 30/12/2024. Our client has filed an objection to this notice through his lawyer on 07/01/2025. Despite the above facts, we have been informed that the said party or their agents, servants, employees, firms, organizations etc. are attempting to establish false rights and ownership. They are trying to sell, mortgage, gift, transfer, assign, etc. the property without informing us or G.I.D.C. Therefore, this public notice / warning is issued to inform all concerned that no transaction of any kind should be conducted with the said party through a sale deed or any other means with regard to the said property. If anyone does so, it will not be binding on our client. Our client will take criminal and civil action against all persons involved, including the said party.
