It is hereby notified to the general public that the property mentioned in the schedule below is jointly owned by 1) Mr. Manojkumar Tulsibhai Patel and 2) Mrs. Bhartiben Manojbhai Patel. If anyone has any rights, share, inheritance, mortgage, sale, gift, lease, tenancy, lien, burden, trust, maintenance, easement, or any other claim regarding the property described below, they should provide documentary evidence related to such rights or claims within 07 (seven) days from the publication of this notice. Prior to this, (1) Mr. Anilkumar Sabarwal and (2) Meenakshi Sabarwal had purchased the flat mentioned in the schedule from M/s. Pooja Developers on 21/10/1999 through a registered sale deed. The sale deed is registered at the Sub-Registrar's Office of Dadra Nagar Haveli Union Territory, Selvas, under serial no. 1053/1999 dated 21/10/1999. In which Serial No. 1053/1999 Dated 21/10/1999 Registration Receipt of Registered Sale Deed 1) Mr. Manojkumar Tulsibhai Patel and 2) Mrs. Bhartiben Manojbhai Patel has been lost from Mouje Mandir Faliya Amli. The original registration receipt of the above-mentioned registered sale deed has been misplaced by (1) Mr. Manojkumar Tulsibhai Patel and (2) Mrs. Bhartiben Manojbhai Patel.
