Therefore, this public notice is given to all concerned individuals, persons, firms, banks, financial institutions, other public or private institutions or authorities, or anyone else who claims any right, title, interest, or claim on the said land, whether by way of sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, exchange, developer, builder, organizer, contractor, project consultant, or financier, or under a contract of sale, lease deed or lease agreement, power of attorney, assignment agreement, possession agreement, agreement of understanding, decree, injunction, or otherwise, or under court proceedings as a family member or heir, or regarding old title deeds pertaining to the said land, or regarding any changes made from time to time in the revenue records concerning the said land, or in any other way, should notify the undersigned in writing with their evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice by Registered A.D. at the address below.
