IFTEKHAR KAMAL, has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us stating that they have been the owners of the non-agricultural land bearing City Survey Number NA 99 P 2 of Sheet Number NA 99 of Ward Kanatalav (Non-Agricultural) in the City Survey Office-Bhavnagar-(2), District Bhavnagar, admeasuring 40,469 square meters, free from all encumbrances, since purchasing it vide Registered Sale Deed No. 3715/2025 dated 30/05/2025. Therefore, this public notice is issued to all concerned individuals, persons, firms, banks, financial institutions, other public or private institutions or authorities, or any other Kajeo claiming any right, title, or interest in the said land by way of sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, exchange, developer, builder, organizer, contractor, project consultant, or financier, or under any agreement of sale, lease deed or lease agreement, power of attorney, assignment agreement, possession agreement, compromise agreement, decree, injunction, or otherwise, or as a family member or heir, or concerning old title deeds of the said land, or concerning changes made in the revenue records regarding the said land from time to time, or otherwise. They should submit their written objections with evidence to the following address by Registered A.D. within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the Title Clearance will be given for the said land without paying any attention to such rights, claims, or alloca and it will be assumed that no one has any kind of claim and if there is any it is relinquished.
