We hereby inform that the agricultural land owned by us, in our sole possession and enjoyment, located at village Dhamatvan, Taluka Dascroi, District Ahmedabad, bearing survey number 424, old block, survey number 356, new block, survey number 1271, area 0-98-92 hectares, having an income of Rs. 9.72 paisa, is our ancestral property inherited by us, particularly by Subhadraben, daughter of Bababhai Patel. Our sons have been granted rights in the said land. Our brother, No. 1, and our brothers, No. 2 to 4, namely, Bhikhabhai Bababhai, have relinquished their rights in the said land. The document dated 05/09/2024, registered with the Sub-Registrar at Vasal under registration number 13011, is false, wherein our signatures have been forged to conceal the truth about the said land, and we have not executed any sale deed. We are in possession and enjoyment of the said agricultural land. We hereby warn that no one shall enter or claim any rights in the said agricultural land based on forged documents. We have filed objections against the purported sale and have served legal notices on Bhikhabhai Bababhai, Manubhai Parsottam bhai and Jashubhai Parsottam bhai. We hereby warn the public that no transactions or documents should be executed with anyone regarding the said land.
