Public Notice Notice is hereby given to the general public that the land bearing Block/Survey No. 52 (Old Survey No. 477) of Moje Fedara, Taluka Dhandhuka, District Ahmedabad, which upon becoming non-agricultural, is included in City Survey Office Dholka, Ward Fedara (Non-Agricultural), Sheet No. NA 99, City Survey No. NA 52, admeasuring 12619 sq. mt. of non-agricultural land, is jointly owned in the revenue records and possessed by (1) Kanakba, widow of Ajitsinh Sardarsang Jhala, (2) Gayatriba Ajitsinh Jhala, (3) Sonalba Ajitsinh Jhala, (4) Indrajitsinh Ajitsinh Jhala, and (5) Bhupatsinh Ajitsinh Jhala, and is free from all encumbrances and legal disputes. They have entrusted us with the work of title clearance for the said land. Therefore, this public notice is given to all concerned persons, individuals, firms, banks, financial institutions, other public or private institutions or authorities, or any others who have any right, claim, or lien on the said land in any way, whether as seller, heir, donee, licensee, possessor, mortgagee, lien holder, charge holder, trustee, for maintenance, easement, exchange, developer, builder, organizer, contractor, project consultant, or financier, or under a sale agreement, lease deed or lease agreement, power of attorney, assignment agreement, possession agreement, understanding agreement, decree, injunction, or any other court proceedings, as a family member or heir, or regarding old title deeds of the said land, or regarding any changes in the revenue records of the said land from time to time, should inform us in writing with their evidence at the following address by Registered A.D. within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, otherwise the title clearance will be given to the said land without paying any attention to such rights, claims or liens, and it will be assumed that no one has any kind of claim and if any, they have waived it.
