Public Notice of Lost Original Document This is to inform all concerned by this public notice that our client, Valjibhai Nanjibhai Dhameliya, resident of Gariyadhar, owns a residential property in Gariyadhar Taluka of Bhavnagar district. The property is situated on non-agricultural land in the village of Gariyadhar, on the Palitana road, east of the village. This property is a plot numbered 8, with an area of 295.88 sq.m. and 318 sq. wa. It is located on a plot that was divided for residential purposes and a construction has been built on it. The City Survey number of this plot is 1396. The original owner of this plot number 8, Jayantilal Magtalal, had executed a sale deed on 31/08/1976 in favor of our client, bearing the registration number 848. Our client has lost the original sale deed a long time ago. Despite our client's efforts, the original document has not been found. Hence, our client obtained a certified copy of the registered sale deed on 10/04/2008 from the Sub-Registrar's office in Palitana. The parties involved have requested title verification. If anyone finds the original sale deed, please return it to the address below. If anyone has any objection or dispute, please inform us with supporting documents within 8 days. If no objections or disputes are raised within the stipulated time, it is to be understood that no encumbrance, charge, lien, maintenance rights, or share exists on the property. If any such rights exist, they are deemed to be waived. The title of the property is deemed to be clear. Our client will proceed with the sale of the property.
