Public Notice regarding Title Clearance In the land situated at Moje Atladara, Taluka J.G. Vadodara, Survey No. 432, 436, TP Scheme No. 20, Final Plot No. 49, City Survey No. 1295, 1296, 1297, an apartment named "Maple Vista" is situated. Flat No. A/305 is located on the third floor of this apartment. The owner of this flat is a partnership firm named Siddhivinayak Developers. They have requested us to provide a title clearance certificate on behalf of the allottee, after being told by REA that the flat is clear, clean and free of encumbrances. Therefore, this is to inform all concerned that if anyone has any kind of claim, share, right, interest, or encumbrance on this flat, they should send written objections along with documentary evidence to us by registered post within 4 days of the publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the specified period, a title clearance certificate will be issued. The public is requested to take note of this.
