Public Notice This is to inform that the land situated in village Jalundra Mota, Taluka Dehgam, Sub-District Dehgam, District Gandhinagar, bearing survey number 749, Re-Survey/Lock Number 3 (Old Survey Number 33), measuring 33-40-00 हे.आरे.चो.मी., with an area of Rs. 17.00, is owned by Kanubhai Shakarabhai and Vinaben Shakarabhai as joint owners, and is free from any encumbrances. They have decided to sell this land to our client. We have been requested to issue a certificate stating that the land is clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person or entity has any claim, interest, share, demand, encumbrance, objection, etc. on the said land, they are hereby requested to submit their claims in writing within 7 days from the date of this notice, along with supporting evidence. Claims without supporting evidence will not be considered.
