It is clarified that the said land has not been sold, leased, mortgaged, gifted, or transferred in any other manner until this date, nor have any such agreements been made. No one has any kind of claim, right, share, interest, or relationship, or any rights of easement, pathway, or lien on it. Also, the said land is free from any claims, dues, attachments, or seizures, and the title of the land is clear.
