Public Notice Registration District Gandhinagar Sub-District Kalol Taluka, in the village of Jethalj, on the land according to the new survey number 147 (Old Survey No. 75) there is a project called FORRESTE and it contains Villa No. 35, 1 BHK Type, Sector - A, area of 71.09 sq. mtrs. or 85.02 sq. yards, which is under construction. Ashutosh Singh has claimed ownership, possession and enjoyment of the property and the undivided area of 15.14 sq. mtrs. or 18.11 sq. yards, and has requested a Title Clearance Certificate. If anyone has any encumbrance, charge or any interest in the said property, please inform us in writing within 7 days with proof at the address below. If this is not done, it will be presumed that no one has any interest in the said property. After the deadline, we will issue a certificate regarding the title clearance of the said land.
