Public Notice (Moje: Kalol) This is to inform the public that, in the Registration District Gandhinagar, Registration Sub-district and Taluka Kalol City, in the Moje Kalol village of the Kalol city limits, the survey number 449 included in the khata number 2417, according to the 7/12, the total area is 0-93-08 hectares acres square meters, worth Rs. 4.94 paise, the land is included in the City Survey Office Kalol's Ward Kalol-1 under City Survey number 1493 and T.P. Scheme number 1 (Kalol). The area of the said land according to the original plot is 9276 square meters. The final plot number 64 is allotted against the said land and the area of the final plot is 7732 square meters. The said land has been converted to non-agricultural for industrial purposes. And currently it is running in the independent name of Patel Pankj Bhai Ravjibhai. The said land is in their independent ownership and possession and is free from all types of encumbrances. It is informed that the said land is free from any kind of inheritance participation or any other kind of rights, interests, shares. We have requested a certificate of title clearance and marketable from us regarding the said land. So if any person, bank, firm or institution has any claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, then they should inform us in writing along with the proof of the same within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this public notice at the following address by registered post. If they do not do so, then no one will have any objection, dispute, claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance, lien or any other kind of interest on the said land or any part thereof, and if so, then it is considered as waived (ઢાંVદ). The title clearance certificate of the said land will be issued after considering this. After that, no objections or disputes of any kind will be accepted. This is to be noted by the public.
