Public Notice This is to inform the general public and institutions that, Registration District: Ahmedabad Sub-District and Taluka Sanand, in the limits of Moje Kolat village, survey number- 33/1, with an area of 0-60-00 hectares, non-agricultural open land, owned by Hiranji Nimesh Bhai Mukhi, is under his exclusive ownership and possession. Regarding the title of the said land, the original (1) Dhirajji Tarsangji (2) Vihajji Dhirajji (3) Kanrujji Dhirajji (4) Babuji Dhirajji, on behalf of Jagdish Bhai Rasiklal Dave, a sale deed no. 3847/1995 dated 08/09/1895 and, the sale deed no. 1184/1998 dated 28/09/1998 in favor of Dineshkumar Navinchandra Desai by Jagdish Bhai Rasiklal Dave. They have stated that both of these original sale deeds are null and void or lost. Despite extensive searches, both of these original sale deeds have not been found.
