Public Notice Regarding Sale This is to inform the general public that the following property located in Surat District, Sub-District Taluka Kamrej, Moza Village: Kosmada, old block no. 331, which was re-surveyed as new block no. 33/1, with city survey no. A334/P2, is non-agricultural land. This land is covered under TP Scheme No. 51 (Kosmada-Khadsead Pilodara-Seemada), Final Plot No. 106, with an area of 923 sq.m. according to the final plot. Also, old block no. 332, which was re-surveyed as new block no. 333/1, with city survey no. NA333/P2, is non-agricultural land. This land is covered under TP Scheme No. 51 (Kosmada-Khadsead Pilodara-Seemada), Final Plot No. 100, with an area of 5923 sq.m. according to the final plot. The owner of this non-agricultural land, Nitoshkumar Thakorbhai Pate, has decided to sell this property to our client, which is an unencumbered, clear, marketable title property.
