This is to inform all concerned that a plot bearing Plot No. 108 in the society known as "The Residency" located in the non-agricultural land, Block No. 639 of Moje Village-Kudsad, Taluka-Olpad, Surat District, is currently owned by Kanhaiyalal Ralaram Kumavat. The original documents and original registration receipts pertaining to the said property are lost/missing. We have requested a title clearance certificate for the said plot. Therefore, if any person has any objection, dispute, restraint, claim, agreement, contract, right, interest, share, claim, dispute, or any kind of right-interest-share or dispute or any charge/burden by any financial institution, then they must inform the aforementioned address along with written proof within 7 days of the publication of this notice. After the expiry of the stipulated time, no objection of any kind will be entertained. We, the advocates, will issue a title clearance certificate for the said property, and no further objections will be entertained.
