Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the owners of agricultural land in the district of Ahmedabad, sub-district Ahmedabad-11 (Aslali), taluka Dascroi, village Miroli, survey number 35 (old survey number 599), plot area 0-28-65 hectares, with an old condition of Rs. 4.85 (old condition), belonging to: (1) Kanaklataben, daughter of Chimanbhai Jivabhai Parekh and wife of Rajendrakumar Bhikhubhai Parekh, (2) Harsh Rajendrabhai Parekh, (3) Harshil Rajendrabhai Parekh, All residing at A-282/F/F, Anand Tenament, Nigam Road, Ghodasar, Ahmedabad-380050, have jointly applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for the above land. They have stated that they are joint owners and possessors of the said land and that it is free from all encumbrances. If any person has any claim, right, interest, possession, enjoyment, right to road, or any other claim or dispute regarding the above land, please submit a written notice with documentary proof and certified evidence within 15 (fifteen) days to the address below by registered post. Failure to do so will be deemed as no claim or dispute on the land. Any claim or dispute existing will be considered waived. Hence, we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate for the said property to our client.
