No. 09/A, 09/B and 09/C in T.P. Scheme No. 24, Mota Varachha, from the open plots of the planned "Hans Society" plot No. 233 (which is given Block No. 224/A/233 from the K.P. note) with an area of 260.67 sq.m open land and all the rights and rights related to it, both inside and outside, along with the property is owned by Savji Kishorkumar Devchandbhai and is in his possession and enjoyment! So, it is informed that the said property has been sold and transferred to our client Upadhyay Bhuvanesh Pravinbhai on the date 12-10-2020. The possession of the said property is also with our client. Even though our client has been informed that Savji Kishorkumar Devchandbhai is the owner of the said property and has a clean title, he is hiding the real facts and is trying to sell the said property to some other person, therefore, this public notice is to inform everyone concerned that we are the bona fide buyer of the said property, we are the owner, authorized person, administrator, and beneficiary of the said property, no one should buy the said property, otherwise, the buyer will be warned according to the principle of Caveat Emptor and nothing will be available to the new buyer except court matters.
