Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District and Taluka Sanand, village Moje Nidharad, survey number- 539/1, 3400 sq.m. of land (TP deducted) and survey number-539/2, 5100 sq.m. of land (Final Plot) totaling 8500 sq.m. of land, TP Scheme number- 438, Final Plot number- 66, 5100 sq.m. of land, half the area i.e. 2550 sq.m. of non-agricultural land, 4250 sq.m. of land according to survey number, Devash Suresh Bhai Thakkar and others have made a request for Title Clearance Certificate from us. If anyone has any kind of share, right, interest, share, claim or burden on this land, then they should inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice, along with proof of the same at the address below. If they do not do so, it will be assumed that no one has any kind of share, right, interest, share, claim or burden on the said land, and if there is any, it is waived, and we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના સબ- ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ તથા તાલુકા સાણંદના ગામ મોજે નીધરાડની સીમના સર્વે નંબર- ૫૩૯/પૈકી ૧ ની ૩૪૦૦ ચોરસમીટર જમીન (ટી. પી. કપાતવાળી) તથા સર્વે નંબર-૫૩૯/પૈકી ૨ ની ૫૧૦૦ ચોરસમીટર જમીન (ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ વાળી) એમ મળીને કુલ્લે ૮૫૦૦ ચોરસમીટર જમીનનો ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર-૪૩૮ માં સમાવેશ થતા તેને ફાળવવામાં આવેલ ફાઈનલપ્લોટ નંબર- ૬૬ની ૫૧૦૦ચોરસમીટર જમીન પૈકી અડધા હિસ્સાની યાને કે ૨૫૫૦ ચોરસમીટરના ક્ષેત્રફળની બિનખેતીની જમીન સર્વે નંબર મુજબની ૪૨૫૦ ચોરસમીટર જમીન) દેવર્ષ સુરેશભાઈ ઠક્કરએ તઓની સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી કબજા ભોગવટાની તથા તમામ બોજા રહિત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસેથી સદરહુ જમીનના ટાઇટલ્સ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. તો સદર; જમીન ઉપરજો કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો કે બોજો હોય તો તે તેઓએ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં અમોને તેબદલના પુરાવા સહિત લેખિતમાં જાણ નીચેના સરનામે કરવી જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો સદરહુ જમીન ઉપર અન્ય કોઇપણ વક્તિનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો બોજો નથી અને હોય તો તે જતો (વેવ) કરેલ છે તેમ માની અમો ટાઇટલ્સ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપીશુ અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ જાતની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી. ફાઇલ નંબર-૯૦૭૬ તારીખ-૦૫-૦૭-૨૦૨૪ શરદ એન.દરજી (એડવોકેટ એન્ડ નોટરી) (એમ.કોમ., એલ.એલ.બી.) ઓફીસ ૪૨૫, ચોથો માળ, અક્ષર આર્કેડ, મેમનગર ફાયર સ્ટેશન સામે, નવરંગપુરા, અમદાવાદ-૯ ફોનઃ ૨૯૪૬૯૮૦૦
