Public Notice Regarding Title Clearance To all concerned, it is hereby notified that the property with the description and details mentioned below is owned by Hirjibhai Bhayabhai Paldiya. He has requested a title clearance from us, and he has decided to mortgage the said property with our client bank to obtain financial facilities. However, the original document mentioned below from the original documents of the said property has been misplaced or lost from his possession. Therefore, if anyone has any objection, opposition, hindrance, restraint, or dispute regarding the said property, they should inform us in writing with evidence within days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objection or opposition of any kind is received after the expiry of the term, we will issue the Title Clearance Certificate for the said property, and our client will take the said property in equitable mortgage.
