Public Notice (Regarding Loss of Successive Possession Receipts) It is hereby notified that our client's independently owned property, located in Surat District, Sub-District Taluka Surat City, Mouje Kulpada, City Survey Ward Fulpada, Note No. 1950 and 1951, consists of a flat used for residential purposes in Chamunda Apartment, Block-A, on the first floor, Flat No. 101. This property was originally purchased by Dilipbhai Tejabhai Vasoya from Bhumi Rachna Corporation on 01/00/1990 through an agreement. Subsequently, Rasikbhai Chhaganbhai Kotadia purchased the said property from Dilipbhai Tejabhai Vasoya with a possession receipt. Thereafter, Jayaben Bavchandbhai Kotadia purchased the property from Rasikbhai Chhaganbhai Kotadia on 28/04/2000 through a sale agreement including possession. After that, Binduben Bhadreshbhai Gadhia purchased the said property from Jayaben Bavchandbhai Kotadia on 18/02/2011 through a sale agreement including possession. Then, Hansaben Mansukhbhai Savani purchased the said property from Binduben Bhadreshbhai Gadhia on 16/01/2013 through a sale agreement including possession. Subsequently, the current owner, Sapnadevi Deepak Chaurasia, purchased the property from Hansaben Mansukhbhai Savani on 03/06/2025 through a sale agreement including possession. The original successive possession receipts pertaining to the aforementioned transactions, including the original possession receipt-cum-sale agreement from Dilipbhai Tejabhai Vasoya in favor of Rasikbhai Chhaganbhai Kotadia, have been lost or misplaced. Despite numerous attempts to find them, they could not be located. Therefore, any government, semi-government, cooperative institution, bank, firm, society, private individual, or any other party who has any kind of possession, lien, right, title, interest, mortgage, claim, or any other type of encumbrance on the said property, or if anyone has found or holds the original old possession receipt-cum-sale agreement in pledge, is hereby requested to notify the undersigned at the address given below with concrete evidence within 10 days of the publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that no one has any lien, debt, right, or interest in it, and any subsequent claims, demands, or disputes will not be recognized or binding on our client in any way whatsoever. જાહેર નોટીસ (ઉતરોતર પૈકી કબજા રસીદ ગમ થયા અંગેની) અમારા અસીલની સ્વતંત્ર માલિકીની ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ સુરત, સબ-ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ તાલુક સુરત સીટીના મોજ કુલપાડાના સીટી સર્વે વોડ ફુલપાડાના નોંધ નં ૧૯૫૦ અને ૧૯૫૧ થી નોંધાયેલી જમીનમાં રહેણાંકના હેતુ માટે આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ ચમુના એપાટમિન્ટ, વિભાગ-એ માં પહેલા માળ પર આવેલ ફલેટ નં.: ૧૦૧ વાળી મિલકત. ભૂમિ રચના કોપોરેશન પાસેથી દિલીપભાઈ તેજાભાઈ વસોયા એ તા.૦૧/૦૦/૧૯૯૦ ના રોજ કરાર થી ખરીદ કરેલ. ત્યારબાદ દિલીપભાઈ તેજાભાઈ વસોયા પાસેયી સદર મીલક્ત રસીકભાઈ છગનભાઈ કોટડીયા એ કબજા રસીદથી ખરીદ કરેલ, ત્યારબાદ રસીકભાઈ છગનભાઈ કોટડીયા પાસેથી જયાબેન બાવચંદભાઈ કોટડીયા એ તા. ૨૮/૦૪/૨૦૦૦ ના રોજ કબજા સહિતના વેચાણ કરારથી ખરીદ કરેલ. ત્યારબાદ જયાબેન બાવચંદભાઈ કોટડીયા પાસેથી સદર મીલકત બિન્દુબેન ભદ્રેશભાઈ ગઢીયા એ તા.૧૮/૦૨/૨૦૧૧ ના રોજ કબજા સહિતના વેચાણ કરારથી ખરીદ કરેલ. ત્યારબાદ બિત્દુબેન ભદ્રેશભાઈ ગઢીયા પાસેથી હંસાબેન મનસુખભાઇ સવાણીએ તા.૧૬/૦૧/૨૦૧૩ ના રોજ કબજા સહિતના વેચાણ કરારથી ખરીદ કરેલ. ત્યારબાદ હંસાબેન મનસુખભાઇ સવાણી પાસેથી ઠાલના માલિક સપનાદેવી દીપક ચોરસીયા એ (તા.૦૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૫ ના રોજ કબજા સહિતના વેચાણ કરારથી ખરીદ કરેલ. તે ઉપરોકત ઉતરોતર તમામ કબજા રસીદો પેડી દિલપભાઈ તેજાભાઈ વસોયા પાસેથી રસીકભાઈ છગનભાઈ કોટડીયા ના નામ જોગ ખરીદીની મજકુર મિલકતની જુની અસલ કબજા રસીદ-કબજા સહીતના વેંચાણ કરાર કયાંક ગુમ-ગેરવદો થયાનું જણાવેલ અને શોધવાના અનેક પ્રયત્નો કરવા છતા તે મળી શકેલ નથી. સબબ તેમાં જે કોઇનું કોઇપણ સરકારી, અધ સરકારી, સહકારી સંસ્થા, બેંક, પેઢી, મંડળી, ખાનગી વ્યક્તિ કે અન્ય કોઇનો કોઈ પણ પ્રકારનો કબજો, લાગભાગ, હકક, હતિ હિસ્સો, ગીરો દર-દાવો કે અન્ય કાઇપણ રીતે આ મિલ્કત ઉપર કોઈનું કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું લેણું-કરજ હોય પ્રકારનું લેણું-કરજ કે હકક હિત હિસ્સો હોય, યા તો તે અસલ જુની કબજા રસીદ-કબજા સહીતના વેચાણ કરાર કોઈને મળેલ હોય યા કોઈની પાસે ગીરો હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૧૦ માં પાકા પુરાવા સાથે રૂબરૂ નીચે જણાવેલા સરનામે જાણ કરવી. મુદત વિત્યે કોઇપણ વાંધાન આવ્ેથી, તેમાં કોઈના કોઇપણ જાતના લેણા-કરજ કે હકક-હિસ્સો નથી, તેવું માનીને ત્યારબાદના કોઇના દાવા-દુવી કે તસ્તકરાર માન્ય રહેશો નહી, કે તે હમાર અસીલને કોઇપળ પ્રકારે બંધનકતા રહેશે નહી. જે જાહેર નોટીસની જાહેર જનતાએ તેમજ લાગતા વળગતા તમામએ ખાસ નોંધ લેવી. અમારા અસિલની સૂચના અને ફરમાઇસથી મારીમાસકતે વિજય ડી. ખુંટ (એડવોકેટ & નોટરી) ઓફિસઃ ૨૩, અક્ષર ડાયમંડ માર્કેટ, મીની બજાર, વરાછા રોડ, સુરત.
