Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, in the district of Sabarkantha and taluka of Prantij, from the village of Piludra, (1) Revenue Survey Number 1170 (Old Revenue Survey Number 67/3) of the total 18012 square meters of old cultivated land, 4412 square meters of land is owned by: (1) Makwana Joytiben, widow of Kacharaj, (2) Makwana Rameshji Kacharaj, (3) Makwana Govindji Kacharaj, (4) Makwana Lilaben Kacharaj, (5) Makwana Sajenben, widow of Pujaji, (6) Makwana Chetnabhen Pujaji, and (7) Makwana Shraddhaben Pujaji, at the survey location of Vadlavalo Vas, village of Piludra, taluka of Prantij, district of Sabarkantha 383120. And, (2) Revenue Survey Number 1170 (Old Revenue Survey Number 67/3), out of the total 18012 square meters of old cultivated land, 13600 square meters of land is owned jointly by: (1) Amratbhai Ganda, residing at 7/117, village of Halisa-3, taluka of Dehgam, district of Ahmedabad, and (2) Rameshji Babubhai Patel, residing at 310/J, Patel Vas, village of Chala-2, taluka and district of Gandhinagar. The said land is free from all encumbrances and has been decided to be sold to our client. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate for the said land. Therefore, any individual who has any claim, right, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, inheritance, or any other claim on the said land, please provide written notice along with proof (claims without proof will not be considered) within seven days of this notice at the address below. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a title clearance certificate for the said land without any consideration of such claims, rights, or interests.
