The shop on the ground floor of the property covers an area of 50.55 sq. m. and is leased out to The Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. The residential flat on the first floor has a built-up area of 66-08-78 sq. m., and the residential flat on the second floor has a built-up area of 46-08-78 sq. m.
