Surat, Katargam Taluka, Katargam Village, Survey Number 502, Non-agricultural land registered from. TP Scheme No. 35, FP No. 110 to 113, area as per 7/12 is 4-90-69 sq.m. In the non-agricultural land, "Akshardeep Society" is constructed by (Trilok Co-op Housing Society). Out of these plots, the property of plot no. A-89, 90, which has a total area of 324 sq. yards (which is given City Survey Number: 8178, 8179, Sheet No. 89) is the property of its owner Khakhriya Amitbhai Chandrakantbhai, who is in direct possession and enjoyment, administration-management under his own right and clean, marketable title, assurance, trust and confidence, is decided to be sold to our client. Therefore, anyone who has any share, heir, person, organization, society, bank, etc., interest, claim, attachment, levy, debit-burden, sale-purchase, power of attorney or any type of court proceedings in the said property, they should contact us personally and provide complete assurance in writing with certified evidence. After the expiry of the time limit, no one will have any interest, relation, right, claim, possession-enjoyment, easements, etc., in the said property, and if so, they have renounced them, assuming that our client will complete the transaction regarding the sale with the said owner and will get the necessary legal documents/papers, etc. After that, no one will have any objection, opposition, etc., regarding this.
