Public Notice It is stated that the agricultural land of old condition (J.S.) registered under account number 136 of block number 622 (Old Block No. 200) of the limits of the village Sampura in Kamrej, whose area is 0-61-71 hectares and the rate is Rs. 12.48, was in the independent name of Devrajbhai Muljibhai Fumbhani. The above-mentioned land owner has stated that he is in direct possession and enjoyment of the said land and has decided to sell the said agricultural land to my client. Therefore, I, regarding the said agricultural land, if anyone has any lien, claim, right, letter, deed, agreement, full power of attorney, written right, or any other type of interest, then he should inform me in writing in detail along with proof in person within 7 days of this notice. After the expiry of the deadline, there will be no claims, rights, shares, liens, or other claims of any kind, and if there are any, they will be considered waived in favor of the above-mentioned owner.
