No. 28, Final Plot No. 5, admeasuring 1493 sq.mt. Non-agricultural land Owned, possessed and enjoyed by RUDRA INFRA, a partnership firm, with a clear and marketable title free from encumbrances, has stated that they have decided to sell it to our client and have requested us for a certificate regarding the opinion of the title being clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person or organization has any kind of right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, or objection in the said land, they should inform us in writing with certified evidence within 7 (seven) days by Regd. A.D. (Objections without evidence will not be considered). If they fail to do so, it will be understood that no person or organization has any kind of right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, objection, etc., or if any, they have waived it.
