Public Notice Town Planning Scheme Surat No. 65 (Vesu-Bharthana-Althan) (Valuation Proposal Before Final Scheme Award) The preliminary scheme of Town Planning Scheme No. 65 (Vesu-Bharthana-Althan) Surat has been approved by the Government. The process of finalizing this scheme is underway. This scheme area includes Block No. 108 to 113, 115 to 133, 134/Piki, 147 to 150, 168 in Bharthana-Vesu and Survey No./Block No. 98/Piki, 99, 100/Piki, 108/Piki, 109/Piki, 110, 111, 112/Piki, 113/Piki, 114/Piki, 115/Piki, 127/Piki in Althan. In light of the details, documents/evidence submitted in accordance with the preliminary scheme, and taking into account the rate of land value in the scheme area due to the town planning scheme, the final valuation proposal before the scheme award has been prepared considering the undeveloped and developed rates of the final plot assigned to it and the compensation value of the buildings affected by the scheme. In this regard, the landowners/interested persons have been notified in writing. However, in the absence of their correct names/addresses or for other reasons, the notice may not have been served. Hence, this public notice is being published. From the date of publication of this notice, the details of the final scheme award valuation proposal prepared by this office may be understood within 7 days and written representations regarding the proposed rates/building compensation along with necessary documents and supporting evidence may be made in writing to the undersigned officer in person or through authorized representative during office hours excluding holidays.
