Public Notice This is to inform all concerned that the planned scheme for residential purposes in the non-agricultural land identified as block No. 121/B/R, survey numbers 121 to 124, in the village of Sarthana, Taluka Kamrej, District Surat, has been named as Nilakantha Row House Society. The plot identified as plot No. 38, which is 40 kut (length) x 22 kut (width) = 880 sq.ft (81.784 sq.m) in area as per plot area, along with the 40.401 sq.m area of the undivided portion of the road, is the property of Ramesh Bhai Keshav Bhai Parmar. He is the sole owner and has been in direct possession and enjoyment of this property. The sale deed of this property in his name has been registered as No. 1680 dated 30/05/2005. The original sale deed and its original receipt are not available and have gone missing as per the statement of our client. In this situation, if anyone has any objection, protest, hindrance, obstruction, charge, burden, lien, or claim, etc., on this property, or if anyone has possession of the original sale deed and its receipt, they are required to inform us in writing within 15 days of this notice being published.
