Public Notice Regarding Title Clearance This is to inform all concerned that Ranjanben Gopalbhai Reyani, residing at 14, Yogeshwar Park, Pardi-Kande, Sachin, Tal. Choryasi, Dist. Surat, has requested a Title Clearance Certificate for property located in Plot No. C-24/13 of the Industrial Plots developed by The Sachin Udhoganagar Sahakari Mandal Limited, known as Hajivala Industrial Estate, registered in Survey No. 96 of Seen village, Taluka Udhana, District Surat. The applicant has submitted the original allotment letter issued by The Sachin Udhoganagar Sahakari Mandal Limited to its original member Jayotsnaben Manubhai Bhatt and a transfer document executed in favour of Jayasukhbhai Devjibhai Kotdia under registration No. 5658 dated 28/04/2005, registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Surat-2 (Udhana) on 05/10/2005. However, the original registration receipt and the original stamp duty payment challan are missing. If anyone possesses any documents relating to the said property, or has any claim, interest, encumbrance, mortgage, lien, dispute, or any other interest or claim regarding the said property, or has any objection to the issuance of the Title Clearance Certificate, they are requested to inform us in writing along with documentary evidence at the address given below within 7 days. If no objection is received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that no one has any right or interest in the said property, and any such rights or interests have been relinquished/waived. Based on this, we will issue a Title Clearance Report for the said property, based on which our client, the bank, will extend loan facilities against the said property. No further disputes will be entertained and our client will have the right to take possession of the said property. Public is requested to take note of the same.
