Public Notice for 12 (Shertha)

Public is hereby informed that Arunbhai Ramshankar Trivedi, resident of-55, Nirmal Park, Rashapark, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad, Dilipbhai Ramshankar Trivedi, resident of- L-29-178, Vandan Apartment, Naranpura, Ahmedabad and Ravibhai Dineshbhai Trivedi, resident of-22, Tulsi Bungalows, Vandemataram City Road, Gota, Ahmedabad have stated that the land admeasuring 754 sq meters of Final Plot No.-437 of Draft T.P. Scheme No.-12 (Shertha), allotted in lieu of the un-divided 1159.50 sq meters of Block No.-1760 (Old Block No.-2206) (Old Survey No.-1419/2) in the sim of Moje Shertha, Taluka Gandhinagar, District Gandhinagar, is their independent ownership, possession and enjoyment and completely free from all types of encumbrances. Therefore, they have requested us for a Title Clearance Certificate regarding the said land. Therefore, all persons who have any kind of lien, right, share, burden or attachment etc. in the land should give written notice of the same along with all written evidence to the following address within 7 (seven) days, failing which it will be assumed that no one has any kind of lien, right, share, burden or attachment in the said land and if there is any, it has been waived and Title Clearance Certificate will be given regarding the said land and no dispute of any kind will be entertained thereafter.
