Public Notice Regarding Title Clearance of Property Notice is hereby given to all concerned that Mr. Sanjaybhai Laxmanbhai Vaghasiya, the owner of the property located at District: Surat, Sub-District/Taluka: Katargam, Village: Singanpore, Revenue Survey Number: 151, T. P. Scheme Number: 25 (Tuki-Singanpore), F. P. Number: 29, Plot Number: 63 of "Vijayraj Ro-House" (Survey/Block No. 151/Paiki/03 as per 7/12 record, area 104.00 square meters) which area is 82.00 square meters and including the undivided share of road-street and common plot of 255.00 square meters. has obtained a Title Clearance Certificate from us. They have informed us that the original registration fee receipt of Registered Document No: 4063, dated 30.08.2003 has been lost or misplaced. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, relationship, or demand in the said property, they should inform us in writing at the address given below with evidence within six days of receiving this notice. Otherwise, it will be understood that such person has no claim, right, interest, share, relationship, or demand in the said property, and if any, has been waived, and further action will be taken.
