This notice is to inform the public that the owners of a non-agricultural land in Moje Vadadla, Waghodia Taluka, Vadodara (South) District, Block Survey No. 290 (Old Survey No. 355, 356), area 0-95-10 hectare, shaped like 5.84, with its measurement according to Vadadla T.P. No. 58 F.P. No. 288 as 0-54-06 hectare, are seeking to sell this property. The owners are (1) Parmar Naginbhai Babubhai, (2) Parmar Arjunbhai Babubhai, (3) Parmar Ratilal Babubhai, (4) Parmar Fatesinh Babubhai, (5) Parmar Kiranben Babubhai, and (6) Parmar Lilaben Babubhai. The prospective buyer has requested a title clearance certificate before the sale, therefore, this public notice is to inform anyone who may have any claim, right, banakhat, token agreement, or any encumbrance, share, interest, or lien on the property, or if any financial institution, cooperative bank, private or nationalized bank has a mortgage or encumbrance on the property, or if there are any court proceedings regarding the property, or if anyone has any objection to the sale of the property, to notify the advocate in writing within 10 days with supporting evidence. If no objection is received within the stipulated time (it will be assumed that there are no objections), a title clearance certificate will be provided, and the sale of the property will proceed.
