Public Notice Regarding Missing Sale Agreement This is to inform all concerned that the original Sale Agreement of property bearing Plot No. 107 in Guru Kripa Nagar situated in the land bearing Survey No. 160 at Vadod village in Surat city, Choryasi Sub-District, Surat District, consisting of 14.45 square kut, two-room kitchen property, purchased by Shri Lal Singh Gokul Singh Ravat from Shri Bhikhubhai Keshavbhai Patel etc. on 29/09/1988, which was subsequently purchased by Smt. Bansiben Babulal Pawar from Shri Lal Singh Gokul Singh Ravat on 18/05/1996, has been lost or misplaced. Further, this property has been transferred to Shri Gajanand Babulal Pawar and Shri Ganesh Babulal Pawar by Smt. Bansiben Babulal Pawar through a Family Division Agreement dated 11/03/2010, making them the full and independent owners, authorized and direct occupants, and possessors. Therefore, if anyone has the original Sale Agreement or any other document relating to the said property or has any kind of right, interest, share, lien, mortgage, charge, loan, encumbrance, or any other agreement claiming such right on the said property, then they are requested to contact us in writing with proof at the below mentioned address within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no claim is made within the specified period, it will be presumed that no one has any kind of right or interest in the property and that they have abandoned such rights. વેચાણ કરાર ગુમ થયા અંગેની જાહેર નોટીસ આથી લાગતા વળગતાને જણાવવાનું કે ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ સુરત, ચૌરયાસી સબ-ડીસ્ટીકટ, શહેર સુરતના મોજે ગામ વડોદના સર્વે નં. ૧૬૦ વાળી જમીનમાં આવેલ “ગુરૂકૃપાનગર" નાં પ્લોટ નંબર ૧૦૭ વાળી! મિલકત કે જૈનું સેઝફળ સુમારે ૧૪ % ૪૫ ચોરસ કૂટ બે રૂમ રસોડા વાળી મિલકત જમીના માલીકો શ્રી ભીખુભાઈ કેશવભાઇ પટેલ વિગેરે પાસેથી શ્રી લાલરસીંહ ગોકુલસીહ રાવત નાઓએ તારીખ ૨૯/૦૯/૧૯૮૮ના રોજ ખરીદ કરેલ ત્યારબાદ શ્રી લાલસીહ ગોકુલસીહ રાવત પાસેથી શ્રીમતી બંસીબેન બાબુલાલ પવાર નાઓએ તારીખ ૧૮/૦૫/૧૯૯૬ ના રોજ કબજા રસીદથી ખરીદ કરેલ તે ઓરીજનલ લેખ તેમના થકી ગેરવલ્લે યાને ગૃમ યયેલ હોય તેમજ આ સદર મીલકત શ્રીમતી બંસીબેન બાબુલાલ! પવાર નાઓએ શ્રી ગજાનંદ બાબુલાલ પવાર તથા શ્રી ગણેશ બાબુલાલ પવાર નાઓને તારીખ ૧૧/૦૩/૨૦૧૦ ના રોજ કૌટુંબીક વહેચણીનો કરાર થકી સંપૂર્ણ, સ્વતંત્ર માલીક, મૃખત્યાર તથા પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજેદાર, કબજા ભોગવટામાં ચાલી આવેલ હોય જેથી ઉપરોક્ત વર્ણવેલ મીલકતનો અસલ કબજા રસીદ ગુમ યાને ગેરવલ્લે યચેલ લેખ કોઈના કબજામાં હૌય અગર કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો હકક, હિત,હિસ્સો, લાગભાગ, લોન, બોજો, ચાર્જ, લીયન કૅ કોઇપણ પ્રકારની સમજુતી રૂએનો હક્ક દાવો હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધિથી દિન ઠ માં અમોને નીચેના સરનામે લેખિત પુરાવો સહિત રૂબરૂ મળવુ, મુદત વિત્યે કોઈના કોઈપણ પ્રકારના હકકો નથી અને હોય તો તે છોડી દીધા છે, ત્યારબાદ કોઇની સા પ્રકારની તકરાર ધ્યાને લેવાશે નહી કે અમારા અસીતને બંધનક્તાં રહેશે નહી. જેની નોધ મળી ન આવતા દસ્તાવેજની વિગત શ્રી લાલસીહ ગોકુલસીહ રાવત પાસેથી શ્રીમતી બંસીબેન બાબુલાલ પવાર નાઓએ તારીખ ૧૮/૦૫/૧૯૯૬ ના રોજ કબજા રસીદથી ખરીદ કરેલ તે અસલ કબજા રસીદ.
